"Obey Your Body" is a brand who's focus is on the overall health of the skin, their products aim to target your body's natural processes in order to help it maintain a healthy beautiful skin. The ideas is that you can recreate the Spa in your own home at your own convenience by following the rituals that they'll show you at your first appointment.
Initially they're applied the Cleansing Milk to remove any make-up and pollutants residues that were in face (I forgot to be bare faced that day), they've also used a tonic to clean my face more thoroughly and also to restore/ re-balance the pH of my skin.After my skin was all clean a peeling gel was applied, the product not only had the exfoliation component but also the skin whitening component by removing black spots and dead skin. Then my favourite part came which was the mud mask (Y'all know i love ma face masks) which was so refreshing and left my skin feeling very soft, fresh and also moisturised. The aim of the mud mask its not only to revitalize and refresh your face but also to deep clean it, and belive you me that i did not feel a thing.
In the end, my skin was analised in order to determine the best preoducts for my skin type in terms of eye creams and moisturizer. Because i get huge dar cicles under my eyes i've had a serum applied that promotes the circulation around that area and that helps the wrinkles prevention (that i've just learned that i need to start taking care of at age 25).
To finish the process i had a facial moisturizer applied that a great complex and SPF that is great for my skin as i have loads of freckles in my nose and checks area.
Truth time! Right, you know that this post was sponsored in sense that i had the pampering session for free but i always stay true to my thoughts therefore my opinion is what i feel and not changed due to the "AD" factor.
I've done the treatment in Portugal while i was on holiday, but you can search online their stores on other places. I do understand that the brand is a little bit expensive for some wallets, though the products and treatmnets are really good. I would extremly recommend the treatments to everyone who finds it affordable, for those who find it expensive i'd suggest you buying a few products and do it yourself at home (make you sister, boyfriend or housemate do it for you) and re-create your own spa at home. I must warn though that the product prices are also a bit expensive but they are supposed to lat long, a little goes a long way you guys.
